2. Products & Pricing

Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include 7.5% VAT. A flat ₦2,000 delivery fee applies to all orders. Prices may change without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after successful Paystack payment.
• We may cancel orders if a product becomes unavailable after purchase.
• Order confirmations are sent to the email provided at checkout.

4. Delivery

We deliver in Port Harcourt and nearby areas. Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 24 hours at info@granasfoods.com.ng or call 08165205257.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. We are not liable for loss from unauthorised account use.

7. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Nigerian law. Disputes shall be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.
